What if you never find me a slot?
The £19 success fee never charges. You owe nothing — we keep scanning until you cancel or successfully book.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — from the extension popup, one tap. We stop scanning immediately. No charges happen unless we've already booked a slot for you.
What if a slot opens but TLS doesn't confirm the booking?
No charge. The £19 is captured only when TLS confirms the appointment. Failed attempts are free.
What if TLS cancels the slot you booked?
We refund the £19 in full if TLS voids the booking within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, the slot is yours and the fee stands.
What if my TLScontact account gets locked?
Premium pauses. We won't keep trying. If we haven't booked, you owe nothing. If we already booked, the fee stands — that slot is real.
Where is my card stored? Where are my TLS credentials?
Card on Stripe's PCI-compliant vault — we never see the number, only a customer ID. TLS email + password live in chrome.storage.local, AES-GCM encrypted by src/shared/crypto.ts. Both can be wiped from Options.
