Set up the connector
Subscribe, add the connector in Claude.ai, and authenticate — in about a minute
1. Sign in and choose a plan
Go to torly.ai/install (or Dashboard → Connectors) and sign in. You can connect free — 5 specialist calls a month, no card required — or subscribe to Air (unlimited) — £24/month for full access to all six specialists, business-plan generation, financial modelling, and interview coaching. Either way you can upgrade from inside the chat later.
The connector also requires your own Claude.ai or Claude Desktop subscription — that's what pays for the reasoning. TorlyAI provides the visa-specific structure, scoring, and knowledge. Cancel anytime.
2. Copy your connection details
On the same page you'll see two values — keep this tab open:

3. Add the connector in Claude.ai
- 1Open claude.ai (or Claude Desktop) → Settings → Connectors.
- 2Click Add custom connector → Add manually.
- 3Paste the Name (
TorlyAI Visa Master) and Server URL (https://torly.ai/mcp). - 4Click Add. You can skip Advanced settings entirely — Claude.ai registers itself with TorlyAI automatically. Leave OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret empty.
Asked for an OAuth Client ID? (rarely needed)
Claude.ai normally registers itself automatically, so you shouldn't see this field. If a client does insist on a Client ID, find yours on torly.ai/install (or Dashboard → Connectors) under Advanced settings, and leave the Client Secret empty.
4. Authenticate
When you click Add, Claude opens a sign-in window. Log in with your TorlyAI account and approve access. You're connected — try:
“Score my startup idea on the 4F matrix.”
Troubleshooting
- “Subscription isn't active” → check Dashboard → Billing; reconnect after subscribing.
- Tools don't appear → remove and re-add the connector; ensure the Client ID is in Advanced settings.
