Specialists & tools

Six specialists and ~22 tools, mapped to the six-phase visa journey

How the tools work

Six specialist personas are exposed as mounted toolsets on a single connector — six specialists, ~22 tools in total. Each tool returns a uniform envelope of structured guidance that your own Claude writes from. The connector never runs inference; your Claude.ai subscription does.

Two tools are different: they return deterministic computed results rather than guidance — assess_innovation_matrix (4F scoring) and model_financials (financial projections). These give the same defensible numbers every time, with parity to the TorlyAI Desktop engine.

The specialists map to the six-phase journey: Plan → Ideate → Draft → Model → Prove → Submit.

The two computed tools

  • 4F Innovation Matrix (assess_innovation_matrix) — PMF × FMF × BMF + Fortune → a composite score, verdict (pursue / refine / reconsider), gap analysis, and endorsement-readiness %. Deterministic and defensible.
  • Financial modelling (model_financials) — 3–5 year projections, sensitivity analysis, funding gap, and break-even month. Deterministic.

Which endorsement body is the best fit for my idea?

Build me a 5-year financial model with a sensitivity analysis.

Review my business plan for caseworker readiness.

Run a mock endorsement interview and coach my answers.
