What It Does
The Content Pipeline connects agent output to your business plan. When an agent produces content — a market analysis, a financial forecast, an executive summary — it flows automatically into the right section of a continuously-assembled “living” business plan.
This means your business plan is always up to date. Every time an agent writes or revises a section, the assembled plan reflects the latest version instantly.
How It Works
- 1Agent produces content — an agent works on a task and generates a deliverable (e.g., Hermione writes a competitive analysis).
- 2Section is updated — the deliverable is linked to its business plan section and the section status progresses (draft → review → complete).
- 3Living BP assembles — the Living Business Plan service re-assembles all 7 sections into a complete document.
- 4Website updates — the Project Website receives real-time updates via SSE and displays the latest content.
Living Business Plan
The Living BP is a continuously-updated assembly of all 7 business plan sections. Unlike a static export, it reflects the latest state of your work at all times.
Always Current
Every section revision is immediately reflected in the assembled plan.
Agent-Aware
Agents are injected with the current state of the Living BP so they can write content that fits with existing sections.
Coherence Checking
A coherence validator checks for consistency across sections, flagging contradictions or gaps.
Export Ready
Export the assembled plan to PDF or DOCX at any point.
Assessment Integration
When content changes, the assessment orchestrator can automatically trigger a new 4F evaluation. Gaps identified by the assessment are converted into actionable tasks on the Kanban board, creating a feedback loop:
