Workspace Layout

The workspace is built around a three-panel layout:

Kanban Board

Centre panel — visual task board with four columns (To Do, Working, Review, Done).

Context Panel

Right panel — switch between Team, Suggestions, or Dashboard views.

Task Detail

Right slide-over — full details for the selected task with edit controls.

Above the board, the header bar contains a search field, a Create button, a Team toggle, and a Suggestions badge.

How to Use It

Opening the Workspace

Click Project in the sidebar to open the workspace.

Creating Your First Task

    Click Create — the button is in the top-right corner of the workspace

    Choose AI Mode — describe your task in plain English (recommended)
  3. 3
    Review the extraction — Claude parses title, priority, phase, and team member
  4. 4
    Confirm & Create — your task appears in the "To Do" column with a unique key like TOR-001

Navigating the Board

  • Click a task card to open its detail panel on the right
  • Drag and drop cards between columns to update their status
  • Filter by phase using the tabs above the board (Explore, Define, Model, Draft, Present)
  • Filter by team member by clicking an avatar in the Team Bar

Using the Context Panels

Toggle the right-hand panel by clicking Team or the Suggestions badge in the header:

  • Team — see who is working on what and filter the board
  • Suggestions — view AI-recommended next steps and accept them as tasks
  • Dashboard — track overall progress and health status

Quick Start Workflow

A typical business plan journey follows these five phases:

    Explore — brainstorm ideas, define your vision and strategy

    Define — gather visa requirements and evidence needs
  3. 3
    Model — build financial projections and revenue models
  4. 4
    Draft — write each business plan section
  5. 5
    Present — review, polish, and prepare for your endorsement interview

Create tasks for each phase, assign them to the right team member, and move them across the board as work progresses.

Tips

  • Start with demo data — if the board is empty, click "Load Demo Data" to see a realistic example project with tasks across all phases
  • Use AI Mode for task creation — it understands natural language like "Research UK fintech market, high priority, assign to Hermione"
  • Check Suggestions regularly — the AI team analyses your project and recommends high-impact next steps
  • Link chat sessions to tasks so you never lose context from earlier conversations
