Pitch Deck Builder
10-slide pitch deck from your business plan with speaking notes
What It Does

Total estimated presentation time is calculated from slides with content (approximately 6 minutes when all slides are populated).
How It Works
- 1Gathers content — each slide pulls from its mapped BP section(s)
- 2Extracts bullet points — scores sentences by keyword relevance, takes the top 3-5, trims to 20 words each
- 3Generates speaking notes — creates 2-3 sentence paragraph for each slide with presentation guidance
- 4Identifies gaps — marks slides where source sections are missing with [CONTENT NEEDED] placeholders
- 5Exports as markdown — formatted deck output with slides, bullet points, and speaking notes
Completeness Tracking
The builder tracks how many of the 10 slides have real content (not placeholders). Completeness is shown as a percentage:
70-100%
Strong deck ready for rehearsal
40-69%
Partial — complete missing BP sections
Below 40%
Too many gaps — focus on writing BP sections first
Skill Chain
When deck completeness exceeds 70%, the builder recommends @interview-coach to prepare for the endorsement body interview.
Tips
- Complete your BP first — the more sections you have, the richer the deck
- Check content gaps — they show exactly which BP sections need writing
- Use the speaking notes — they provide a natural flow for presenting each slide
- Keep it concise — bullet points are automatically trimmed to 20 words for slide-friendly content
- Total duration is adaptive — only slides with content count toward the time estimate
